How Many Periods an Employer File Holds

A weekly employer who pays all year has 52 periods. Bi-weekly has 26. Monthly has 12. Keep the ones you ran.

Keep the figures tied to a real payment

There is no extra count to manufacture. A gap in the file should stay a gap until you find the missing payroll, not until you draw a new stub.

Preview before you pay

Open the pay record form, type the wages that were paid, and preview the PDF before you pay. One stub is the single-document price. Two or more use the multi-document price. Do not use the PDF to misrepresent income.
