JustPayStubs provides digital document generation services. Once a document is generated and delivered, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed. This policy exists because:

• Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase
• Documents are generated based on information you provide
• Digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense

Before You Purchase

To ensure satisfaction with your purchase:

• Review all entered information carefully before generating
• Use the live preview feature to verify your document
• Ensure you have selected the correct document type and template
• Double-check all names, addresses, and financial figures

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

• Technical failure: If our system fails to generate or deliver your document due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same document

How to Request Support

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase with:

• Your order confirmation or transaction ID
• Email address used for purchase
• Detailed description of the issue

Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscriptions:

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You retain access until the end of your paid period
