• Generate and deliver your requested documents
• Process payments and prevent fraud

3. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. Your form data is temporarily stored only for the duration necessary to complete your transaction and generate your document. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Checkout sessions used for document delivery expire after seven days. Account, billing, fulfillment, support, and backup records may remain longer where needed to provide the service, resolve issues, prevent fraud, or meet record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to those requirements.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Stripe for payment processing, email and hosting providers for delivery and infrastructure, and Google Analytics when you allow optional analytics
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Cookies and Tracking

Necessary technologies support sign-in, security, and checkout. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Allow analytics. Use Analytics preferences to change that choice. With your permission, Google receives page views, document type, template choice, progress events, and verified purchase amount and currency, associated with analytics identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, addresses, email addresses, Social Security numbers, bank details, or document contents to Google Analytics.

We also keep limited first-party operational events to diagnose errors and checkout failures. These events do not contain document contents or raw IP addresses. Historical operational logs may use an older format. Payment verification is recorded on the server, not accepted from a visitor's browser. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the generator.

Our website uses third-party services:

• Analytics: To understand how users interact with our service

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
