Formatting a Stub From Numbers You Already Have

If the period was paid, you can format a stub from those figures and preview it before you pay.

Keep the figures tied to a real payment

If the period was not paid, do not make the stub. A recent date on a PDF does not create a recent wage.

Preview before you pay

Open the pay record form, type the wages that were paid, and preview the PDF before you pay. One stub is the single-document price. Two or more use the multi-document price. Do not use the PDF to misrepresent income.
